On November 5, 2019, the website of Radio Free Liberty "rferl.org" reported this headline "Armenia's Pashinian Brings Karabakh Issue To CSTO Meeting."
According to this report during a session of the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly in Yerevan, Konstantin Zatulin, deputy head of a Russian State Duma committee dealing with post-Soviet states, said:
"Though, that while Russia has sold weapons to Azerbaijan at market prices, Armenia, as a member of the CSTO, has received armaments from Moscow at knockdown prices."

On 30/11/2018, the website "aysor.com" reported these words from the mouth of Konstantin Zatulin, first deputy chairman of the committee of the State Duma for the CIS and European integration affairs said at the first plenary session of Lazarev Club conducted in Yerevan:
"RUSSIA LOVES ARMENIA irrespective of who the ruling authorities are."
According to this news Zatulin said: "I want to say that we love Armenia, irrespective of who the government, presidents and authorities are."

On 19 November 2019, Kostantin Zatulin maximized his rudeness to legitimize the annexation of the occupied territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan under the deceptive term of self-determination of Armenians in Azerbaijan but not in the countries like Russia, USA, France, Syria, Iran or in the Republic of Georgia!
We know the words of Mr. Konstantin Zatulin is the voice of the Russian colonialism against Azerbaijan. It is obvious and there is no discussion about his love to a vassal state like Armenia (which has been created artificially by the imperial Russia within the territories of Azerbaijan after the war between its southern neighbor Iran).
Zatulin says, "The right of Karabakh to self-determination and independence from Azerbaijan should be recognized!!! Self the Republic of Armenia is the Azerbaijani territories now he wants to create the second republic for Armenians within the territories of Azerbaijan!!!!??)
Konstantin Zatulin is an extremist pan Armenian activist and he is a hot bedfellow of those terrorist who committed the crimes against humanity in the Khojali Genocide in February of 1991 after Russian and Armenians occupied the territories of Azerbaijan.
On 11 October 2019, Mr. Konstantin Zatulin as the First Deputy Chairman of the Russian parliament known as State Duma, without receiving any required visa from Azerbaijan, illegally traveled to the occupied territories of Azerbaijan in the region of Nagorno Karbakh (its capital Khan-Kendi) merely to express his and the Russian government's supports & politics towards the Armenian leaders who had fought on the behalf of Russia under the umbrella term of the Russian proxy war.
On 13 October 2019, EurAsia Daily "eadaily.com" reported from AP News Agency the following report, "The National Cultural Autonomy of Azerbaijanis in the Moscow Region sent a letter of protest to Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin in connection with a trip to Karabakh by First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Konstantin Zatulin."

On 10 March 2016, a Armenian whose name is Georgy Anisonian wrote about an interview with Konstantin Zatulin entitled "Konstantin Zatulin: Nagorno-Karabakh has all the attributes of a state" published in газеты "Ноев Ковчег" [ №9 (284) сентябрь 2016 г.] "noev-kovcheg.ru".
The interviewer noted, "Konstantin Zatulin, Director of the Institute of Diaspora and Integration (Institute of the CIS Countries), talks about the CIS and its role in the post-Soviet space, the situation around Nagorno-Karabakh and ways to resolve the Crimea, Russia, the problems of Sochi and plans for resolving them."
The interviewer's question from Zatulin was: "You defend the right of people and peoples to self-determination, including Nagorno-Karabakh, did its statehood take place, in your opinion?"
K. Zatulin is 100 % as a strong propagandist of Armenian crimes and occupation politics in conjunction with the Russian proxy war against Azerbaijan. He knows Russia is the real occupant of Karabakh. Russia's hands are playing in all political games in the Southern Caucasus including the occupation of the Nagorno Karabakh of Azerbaijan.
Zatulin as the strong advocate for the colonial role of the imperial Russia loves its proxy war against Azerbaijani people and the occupation of Nagorno Karabakh. He said: "I have been speaking out on this topics [i.e. first giving self-determination the annexation of Karabakh of Azerbaijan to Armenia] since the 90s and I know that my point of view is not shared in Azerbaijan."
As the voice of Zatlulin as the voice of the Russian imperialism for defending its vassal state Armenia, Zatulin responded: "I have been speaking out on this topic since the 90s and I know that my point of view is not shared in Azerbaijan."
This Russian voice for the hegemony of the Russian imperialism added, " But I am convinced that I saw, I know and what I witnessed. The Nagorno-Karabakh Republic as a state entity, of course, took place. It exists, possessing all the attributes of the state."
Zatulin, the voice of the Russian imperialism stated, "The economy of Nagorno-Karabakh, despite the fact that it, of course, suffers from the blockade and other consequences of the conflict, will give a lot of handicap to many so-called recognized states."
Zatulin who is a bedfellow with the leaders of the occupant country Armenia addressed, " Because people are used to it and want to work, there is support from Armenia and the Armenian diaspora, there are favorable natural and climatic opportunities."
He included these words, "In this regard, Nagorno-Karabakh is a much more self-sufficient state, unlike a number of officially recognized UN member states."

Zatulin who follows to propaganda the recognition of the Nagorno Karabak's occupation by Russia and its vassal state Armenia said: "The suggestion of Azerbaijan for providing some boundless autonomy towards Nagorno-Karabakh within the territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan, is something that the Armenian side will never accept."
Zatulin of the Russian imperialism against Azerbaijan noted, " The Armenian position is more flexible, although it is also not free from domestic political circumstances. The recent events that happened in Armenia confirm this .."

Zatulin pointed out that Russia not only keeps Azerbaijan from sliding into the anti-Russian front, but also proceeds from the fact that good relations with Azerbaijan are ultimately beneficial not only to him and Russia, but also to Armenia, keeping Azerbaijan from reckless steps.
Zatulin went on to inform, "But it should be emphasized that not Russia, but Azerbaijan bears full responsibility for what happened in April."
Zatulin also addressed, " First of all, Russia ended the use of the armed forces and hence caused the halt of these hostilities in April 2016. Secondly, Russia publicly announced its military supplies towards the Republic of Armenia."
He also stated, " Today the Russian president is making his active efforts to push the Karabakh settlement off the ground."

The author adds, "Obviously, they have no clue about the region's history. Armenians in Karabakh were settled by the occupant Russian tzar regime in the mid 19th century at the expense of immigrants from Iran and Turkey."
The writes goes on to say, " It is a well documented fact. True, Armenians lived in NK at the time Soviets drew lines, but a three times higher number of Azeris lived in Armenia at that time. They lived in the region called Zangezur."

For the Kremlin and its propagandists like Konstantin Zatulin and Stanislav Tarasov people actually seem like sheep and their minds are the fertilized place to be bombarded by the lies of the imperial Russia and its vassal State in the South Caucasus Armenia.
In a real democracy people are not viewed as sheep. In the dictatorial regimes, in contrary, the consciousness of people are insulted every minute by the corporate media and their puppets in the governments.
Many scientists don't buy the arguments that sheep is stupid animal. They believe that sheep are wrongly the target of the stereotypes. Nevertheless, in the politic the political activists say: "DON'T BE A SHHEP!"
The political observers believe that Russian political analyst Stanislav Tarasov is another voice from the Kremlin who introduces the strategic plans of the imperial Russia.
Konstantin Zatulin and Stanislav Tarasov both are the faces of the imperial Russia who love their Armenian vassal in the South Caucasus. They arm their vassal State in this region merely to make a proxy war against Azerbaijan when Azerbaijan refuses to allow to Russian troops in its territory.
Nagorno Karabakh has one occupant and it is the imperial Russia. Armenia and its armed forces are doing a proxy war on the behalf of the imperial Russia.
On 9 December 2019, the imperial Russia political analyst Stanislav Tarasov revealed his clear position for supporting the occupation of Nagorno Karabakh of Azerbaijan which is the Russian proxy war against Azerbaijan [hiding itself behind its vassal state Armenia].
He told Armenian News-NEWS.am: "Azerbaijan has missed the opportunities to settle Karabakh conflict by military means, and foreign actors would not let this happen."
He also noted: "Without Turkey’s support Baku is unlikely to start a military operation in Karabakh, as they may face the risk of colliding with Russia. However, Turkey has too many problems to care about Karabakh now."

On May 21 2019, Russian political analyst Stanislav Tarasov told 168.am: "Yesterday Pashinyan also talked about the potential conspiracy in the process of settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and said that Artsakh [P.S.the real name in all historical books is Nagorno Karabakh and is known as the Khanate of Karabakh)] is implementing propaganda that is against the Government of the Republic of Armenia and the Prime Minister personally and is based on falsehood, and analyzing this propaganda."
According to the interview of Trasaov in 169 am: "He [i.e. Nikol Pashinian] sees a conspiratorial goal to provoke a conspiratorial war, even hand over certain territories and place the responsibility for what happened on the Government of the Republic of Armenia."

Tarasaov in his interview addressed: "Listen, Armenians in Karabakh and Armenia are defending the territory that they want to keep under their control."
This Russian political analyst went on to say, "On the one hand, when Pashinyan issued an order and dismissed the Minister of Defense of Karabakh from office, that was interference with the domestic affairs of Karabakh. On the other hand, Pashinyan states that Karabakh is a separate territory."
According to Tarasov, "Pashinyan has found himself in a deadlock, but he needs to get out of that because he does not have the support that he used to have...Pashinyan is finding himself in isolation little by little. Who is organizing a conspiracy in Karabakh? Is it Robert Kocharyan or Bako Sahakyan?"
In his interview Tarasov includes these remarks: "This can be justified because the policy on Karabakh is very inconsistent. I have said several times that, as I look at several developments, I get the impression that there is a plan or project. Karabakh notices this and has a feeling that something is going on behind its back."

This political analyst stated, "Now, Azerbaijan views that the time for Pashinyan to take a breath is over and is setting forth specific conditions. One gets the impression that certain forces are gearing Pashinyan, and he is trying to place a share of the responsibility on Karabakh."
According to him, "There is a differentiation between Armenians of Armenia and Armenians of Karabakh. This is bad."

On 7 October 2019 Stanisla Tarasov stated "Nikol Pashinyan makes contradictory statements, and we can’t understand what exactly Pashinyan wants and what he means," published in the website "day.az".
The website "day.az" added, "Russian political scientist Stanislav Tarasov, known for his pro-Armenian position, said this in an interview with Tert.am."
This Azerbaijani website continued, "According to him, Moscow carefully reads everything that Pashinyan says and sees a lot of conflicting statements."
The website "day.az" stated, "According to the political scientist, the apparatus of Pashinyan’s advisers is very weak, there is no analytical service. And "knowledge is needed, you need to study, sit in libraries, read books, and not speak at rallies."
This news cited Stanislav Tarasaov as saying, " The Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's analysts are not able to calculate the time and processes that occur in the region as a whole while he declares that he wants to become the leader of world Armenians? "
The website included the following words, "The foreign policy of Armenia is becoming more and more provincial."
This Russian political analyst [S. Tarasov] addressed, "Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan either says that Karabakh should participate in the negotiations, then he says that Karabakh and Armenia are one, that Karabakh is Armenia."
According to the words expressed by Tarasaov, "The negotiations are proceeding according to the old scenario, as they were under the previous authorities, nothing has changed."
